Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime & Yuzu
- 1 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz fino sherry
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 4-8 fresh Thai basil leaves, plus more for garnish
Instructions
- Crush the ice by placing ice cubes in a bag and crushing them with a mallet or muddler.
- Release the aromatic oils from the Thai basil leaves by slapping them in your palm, then add them to a tall glass.
- Pour vodka, fino sherry, lime juice, and simple syrup into the glass with crushed ice.
- Gently swizzle the ingredients together using a swizzle stick until well combined.
- Top off the drink with Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime & Yuzu and more crushed ice.
- Garnish with a few Thai basil sprigs and serve.
