Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime & Yuzu
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz fino sherry
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 4-8 fresh Thai basil leaves, plus more for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the ice by placing ice cubes in a bag and crushing them with a mallet or muddler.
  2. Release the aromatic oils from the Thai basil leaves by slapping them in your palm, then add them to a tall glass.
  3. Pour vodka, fino sherry, lime juice, and simple syrup into the glass with crushed ice.
  4. Gently swizzle the ingredients together using a swizzle stick until well combined.
  5. Top off the drink with Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime & Yuzu and more crushed ice.
  6. Garnish with a few Thai basil sprigs and serve.
