Ingredients

  • 3 oz. dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp. coconut water
  • 2 tbsp. mango nectar
  • 2 tbsp. peach nectar
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh pineapple
  • 2 tbsp. sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the dry white wine, coconut water, mango nectar, peach nectar, chopped pineapple, sliced strawberries, and lime juice. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate the mixture until thoroughly chilled, for about 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Just before serving, add ice cubes to the pitcher and stir the mixture again.
  4. Pour the sangria into glasses and garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves.
