Ingredients

  • 1.70 oz canned coconut milk
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • 0.90 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.75 oz evaporated milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg
  • a pinch of ground cloves
  • 2 drops rum extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a pitcher or container and refrigerate for up to 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld together and chill.
  3. Before serving, shake or stir the mixture.
  4. Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, a cinnamon stick, or sweetened coconut flakes.
