Tropical Bliss Piña Colada
A creamy and tropical rum cocktail that will transport you to the tropics.
Ingredients
- 3.50 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 oz white rum
- 2.50 oz pineapple juice
- 1.70 oz coconut cream
- pineapple wedge, for garnish
Instructions
- In a pan, heat the sugar and 1/2 cup of water, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool.
- In a blender, combine the rest of the ingredients, 2 tsp of the sugar syrup, and a small handful of ice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a piña colada cocktail glass with more ice if desired.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge before serving.
