Ingredients
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon rum (white or dark, to taste)
- Cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the evaporated milk, cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and rum.
- Blend at high speed until thoroughly combined, for about 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a glass bottle and add a cinnamon stick. Close the lid and refrigerate until well chilled.
- Before serving, shake the bottle and pour the coquito into small glasses.
- Garnish with ground cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.
