Ingredients
- 2 ounces Townshend's White Rose spirit
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce Suze Gentian Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce hibiscus tea syrup
- 1 egg white
- Edible flower for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker without ice, combine all ingredients and shake (dry-shake).
- Transfer the mixture to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake again to emulsify the egg white.
- Double-strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with an edible flower.
