Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Townshend's White Rose spirit
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce Suze Gentian Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce hibiscus tea syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Edible flower for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker without ice, combine all ingredients and shake (dry-shake).
  2. Transfer the mixture to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake again to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Double-strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with an edible flower.
