Ingredients
- Coarse salt
- Ice cubes
- 2 oz gin
- 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed and strained is best)
- Grapefruit wedge (to garnish)
Instructions
- Chill a highball glass and pour salt on a small plate or bowl.
- Moisten the rim of the chilled glass with grapefruit juice or water, then gently dip the rim into the salt to coat.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour 2 ounces of gin into the glass.
- Top the gin with 3 ounces of fresh grapefruit juice.
