- 2 oz. Lyre's American Malt
- 1/2 oz. honey and ginger syrup
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 1 oz. strong smoky tea (Lapsang souchong or Russian Caravan tea)
Instructions
- Add Lyre's American Malt, honey and ginger syrup, lemon juice, and strong smoky tea to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly to mix the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture over a large ice cube in a glass.
