Ingredients
- Spice sugar* for rimming the glass
- 1 oz blanco tequila
- 1/2 oz mezcal
- 1 1/2 oz apple cider
- 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Ginger beer, for topping
- Garnish: diced red apple
Instructions
- Rim a Collins glass with spice sugar, fill with ice, and set aside.
- In a shaker with ice, combine tequila, mezcal, apple cider, and lemon juice. Shake until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
- Top with ginger beer.
