Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz mezcal
  • 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 3/4 oz house-made sour mix
  • 1/2 oz burrata water
  • 1/2 oz lavender/pea flower tea
  • 5 drops coconut extract

  1. Combine all the ingredients along with ice in a shaker tin.
  2. Shake the mixture for 12 seconds.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a large coupe using a double strainer.
