Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup strong, black coffee
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the strong black coffee, heavy cream, and cocoa powder.
  2. Stir the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Set the slow cooker to low and let it simmer for 2-3 hours.
  4. Scoop out a serving of the coffee mixture into a cup.
  5. Add 1-2 tablespoons of Baileys Irish Cream to the cup and stir gently.
  6. Top with whipped cream.
