Ingredients

  • 0.30 oz. Italicus bergamot liqueur
  • 0.20 oz. bianco vermouth
  • 0.25 oz. whole milk

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, Italicus bergamot liqueur, and bianco vermouth in a mixing glass.
  2. In another mixing glass, pour in the whole milk.
  3. Slowly pour the spirits mixture into the milk to curdle it, ensuring delicate stirring without disrupting the curds.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 1 hour to allow the curds to settle at the bottom.
  5. Slowly strain the mixture through a coffee filter.
  6. To serve, stir 0.3 oz. of the mixture with ice, then strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
