Ingredients
- 0.60 oz. gin (the bar uses Roku)
- 0.30 oz. Italicus bergamot liqueur
- 0.20 oz. bianco vermouth
- 0.25 oz. whole milk
Instructions
- Combine gin, Italicus bergamot liqueur, and bianco vermouth in a mixing glass.
- In another mixing glass, pour in the whole milk.
- Slowly pour the spirits mixture into the milk to curdle it, ensuring delicate stirring without disrupting the curds.
- Let the mixture sit for 1 hour to allow the curds to settle at the bottom.
- Slowly strain the mixture through a coffee filter.
- To serve, stir 0.3 oz. of the mixture with ice, then strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
