Ingredients

  • 0.50 oz squid ink tincture
  • 1.50 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz agave syrup
  • 3 oz tequila
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Prepare the squid ink tincture by combining 8 grams of squid ink paste, 4 teaspoons of water, and 7 drops of agave syrup in a non-plastic container, whisking until smooth.
  2. Fill a shaker halfway with ice, then add the squid ink tincture, lime juice, agave syrup, tequila, and egg whites.
  3. Shake vigorously until well blended.
  4. Strain the mixture into a container, then pour it back into the shaker after removing the ice.
  5. Shake again until the egg white becomes super-foamy.
  6. Pour into a margarita glass and enjoy... if you dare!
