Ingredients
- 1/8 cup oats
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tsp honey
- 3/4 cup whisky
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)
Instructions
- Combine oats and water in a bowl or jug, stir, and cover. Allow it to soak for 24 hours.
- Strain out the oats, ensuring to extract all the liquid using a fine tea strainer or muslin cloth.
- Mix honey into the oat liquid.
- Stir in the whisky.
- Add the cream and stir (optional).
