Ingredients
- 2 to 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 2 oz whiskey
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz pineapple juice
- 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
- Rosemary sprig for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the rosemary, sugar, and water to make the simple syrup. Boil the mixture and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let it steep for 30 minutes, then remove the rosemary sprigs and store the simple syrup in the refrigerator.
