Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 6 fresh raspberries
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • 1/2 can LaCroix Black Razzberry
  • 1 tbsp cucumber-mint syrup
  • 1 slice Persian cucumber, for garnish
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 2 tbsp cucumber, deseeded and roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cucumber mint syrup by cooking agave, water, 1 sprig of mint, and chopped cucumber in a small saucepan over medium heat until the syrup is infused and reduced (10-15 minutes). Strain through a fine sieve, transfer to the freezer, and chill for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In a small pitcher, muddle raspberries and 1 sprig of mint. Add lime juice, 1 tbsp cucumber-mint syrup, and LaCroix Black Razzberry.
  3. Pour the mixture into a highball glass and garnish with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint.
