Ingredients
- 4-5 fresh raspberries
- 1 small scoop (approximately 1/3 cup) of real vanilla bean ice cream
- 4-5 oz. VOVETI prosecco
Instructions
- In a clean champagne flute, place the fresh raspberries at the bottom.
- Add a small scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the raspberries.
- Place another layer of fresh raspberries on top of the ice cream.
- Add a final small scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
- Fill the flute about 3/4 full with VOVETI prosecco.
- Wait for the foam to settle, then top off the glass.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
