Ingredients

  • 3.50 oz coconut milk
  • 4.70 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, white rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Blend until the mixture is well-combined.
  3. Strain the coquito into an airtight bottle and refrigerate for at least one hour to chill.
  4. Before serving, shake the bottle.
  5. Pour into a lowball glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
