Ingredients
- 2 1/4 oz rye whiskey
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 tsp absinthe
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 lemon twist
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the rye whiskey, simple syrup, absinthe, Angostura bitters, and 3/8 cup of ice water.
- Chill the mixture until very cold, for at least 2 hours and up to 1 day.
- Divide the chilled mixture among rocks glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a lemon twist.
