Ingredients
- 2 oz chai masala-infused rum
- 1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
- 1/2 oz mace syrup
- 1 whole egg (pasteurized if preferred)
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine chai masala-infused rum, cinnamon syrup, mace syrup, and a whole egg.
- Shake the mixture vigorously (without ice) to combine all ingredients.
- Add ice to the shaker, then shake again until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
