Ingredients
- 1.50 oz Pisco Acholado
- 1 egg white
- 3 drops of Angustura or chuncho bitters

Instructions
- In a blender, combine Pisco Acholado, egg white, lime juice, and sugar syrup with 3 ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
