Ingredients

  • 1 oz Beefeater gin
  • 1 oz Pimm's No. 1 liqueur
  • 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz grenadine
  • 1/4 oz ginger syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Soda water, to top
  • Garnish: 2-3 fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, Pimm's No. 1, lime juice, grenadine, ginger syrup, and egg white in a shaker, and vigorously dry-shake (without ice).
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with 2 or 3 fresh cranberries.
