A festive twist on the classic mimosa, our Merry Mistletoe Sparkler is a delightful holiday cocktail featuring cranberry juice, apple juice, and champagne, garnished with rosemary-infused mistletoe ice cubes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 5 oz Champagne** (or Sparkling Apple Cider), chilled
  • Ice
  • Cocktail Glass

Instructions

  1. Place the fresh cranberries and rosemary in an ice cube mold.
  2. Pour cranberry juice into the mold until halfway full, then add the apple juice. Leave some space at the top to account for liquid expansion during freezing.
  3. Insert a sprig of rosemary into each cube.
  4. Place the ice mold in the freezer and leave it overnight until the cubes are completely frozen.
  5. When ready to serve, carefully remove the mistletoe ice cubes from the mold and place them in a cocktail glass.
  6. Pour the chilled champagne (or sparkling apple cider) over the mistletoe ice cubes and enjoy this festive delight!
