Mango Lassi Delight
A refreshing and creamy blend of sweet Alphonso mango pulp, yogurt, and milk, with a hint of cardamom and an optional kick of white rum and orange liqueur.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sweetened Alphonso mango pulp
- 1/2 cup plain or natural yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 oz white rum (omit for non-alcoholic)
- 1/2 oz orange liqueur (omit for non-alcoholic)
- sugar (optional, to taste)
- ground cardamom
- saffron chilli threads
Instructions
- Combine mango pulp, yogurt, milk, ground cardamom, white rum, and orange liqueur in a blender.
- Blend for 20 seconds, then taste and adjust sweetness with sugar if desired.
- If the lassi is too thick, add a little more milk and blend for another 10 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately, optionally over ice.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom and saffron chili threads.
