A refreshing and creamy blend of sweet Alphonso mango pulp, yogurt, and milk, with a hint of cardamom and an optional kick of white rum and orange liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweetened Alphonso mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup plain or natural yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 1/2 oz white rum (omit for non-alcoholic)
  • 1/2 oz orange liqueur (omit for non-alcoholic)
  • sugar (optional, to taste)
  • ground cardamom
  • saffron chilli threads

Instructions

  1. Combine mango pulp, yogurt, milk, ground cardamom, white rum, and orange liqueur in a blender.
  2. Blend for 20 seconds, then taste and adjust sweetness with sugar if desired.
  3. If the lassi is too thick, add a little more milk and blend for another 10 seconds.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately, optionally over ice.
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom and saffron chili threads.
