A delightful blend of lychee juice, rose water, and Prosecco, creating a sparkling and sophisticated cocktail.
Ingredients
- 3.50 oz lychee juice
- 1/4 tbsp agave syrup or clear honey
- 2 drops of rose water
- a drop of pink food coloring (optional)
- 7 oz chilled Prosecco
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker or jar with a few ice cubes, combine lychee juice and agave syrup.
- Add 2 drops of rose water and a drop of pink food coloring, if desired.
- Shake vigorously and taste. Adjust the rose water to your preference, but be cautious not to overpower the drink.
- Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute.
- Top up with Prosecco and gently mix using a long spoon.
- Garnish with rose petals, if desired, and serve.
