Ingredients

  • 3.50 oz lychee juice
  • 1/4 tbsp agave syrup or clear honey
  • 2 drops of rose water
  • a drop of pink food coloring (optional)
  • 7 oz chilled Prosecco

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker or jar with a few ice cubes, combine lychee juice and agave syrup.
  2. Add 2 drops of rose water and a drop of pink food coloring, if desired.
  3. Shake vigorously and taste. Adjust the rose water to your preference, but be cautious not to overpower the drink.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute.
  5. Top up with Prosecco and gently mix using a long spoon.
