Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 tablespoon whipped cream vodka (optional)
- 1 cup seltzer water

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Heat and whisk until the sugar dissolves.
- Let the lemon syrup cool to room temperature, then strain it to remove the zest.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of the lemon syrup and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream into a glass.
- Repeat for another glass.
- Add 1/2 cup of seltzer water to each glass.
