A tropical and festive cocktail with a blend of coconut, pineapple, lime, and blue Curaçao, reminiscent of Jack Frost's magical touch.
Ingredients
- Finely shredded coconut, to garnish (optional)
- 3 oz white rum
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
- 0.50 oz blue Curaçao
- 1.50 oz lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 3 oz coconut water
- 2 oz simple syrup
Instructions
- For optional coconut rim: Moisten the rim of the glass and roll it in finely shredded coconut, then place it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients.
- Add two cups of ice to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into rocks glasses or similar vessels to serve.
