Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened natural cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream, divided
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1-1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix instant coffee, cocoa powder, and 2 tablespoons heavy cream until smooth.
  2. In a blender, combine the coffee/cocoa mixture, remaining heavy cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk, honey, whiskey, vanilla, and almond extract. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a container, seal tightly, and refrigerate.
  4. For the best flavor, let it chill overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Shake well before using. This should keep for up to 2 months in the refrigerator.
