Ingredients
- 2 sugared gingerbread man cookies, finely crushed
- 2 oz gingerbread syrup (plus 1/2 tbsp. for rimming)
- 1 1/5 ounces crème de coco liqueur
- A few dashes of Dillons Ginger bitters
- 2 to 3 ounces half and half cream
- Ice cubes
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in gingerbread syrup, then into the crushed gingerbread cookie crumbs.
- Carefully add 2 ice cubes to the prepared glass.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and add gingerbread syrup, crème de cocoa, ginger bitters, and cream.
- Shake well and strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
- Gently sift cocoa powder on top.
