Ingredients

  • 2 sugared gingerbread man cookies, finely crushed
  • 2 oz gingerbread syrup (plus 1/2 tbsp. for rimming)
  • 1 1/5 ounces crème de coco liqueur
  • A few dashes of Dillons Ginger bitters
  • 2 to 3 ounces half and half cream
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in gingerbread syrup, then into the crushed gingerbread cookie crumbs.
  2. Carefully add 2 ice cubes to the prepared glass.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and add gingerbread syrup, crème de cocoa, ginger bitters, and cream.
  4. Shake well and strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
  5. Gently sift cocoa powder on top.
