Ingredients
- 2 fl oz Pisco
- 1 fl oz lime juice
- 1/2 fl oz Marsala wine
- 1/2 fl oz sugar syrup
- 1/2 fl oz egg white
- Angostura bitters
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Pisco, lime juice, Marsala wine, sugar syrup, and egg white.
- Shake vigorously to froth up the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into a glass.
