Ingredients
- 1 lime, cut in wedges
- 20 fresh mint leaves
- 2/3 cup soda water
- Crushed ice
- 1 straw (optional)
- 1 sprig of mint (optional)
Instructions
- Place lime wedges and mint leaves in a highball glass, squeezing in some of the juice from the lime wedges before adding them.
- Muddle together until most of the juice has been released from the lime.
- Add crushed ice, mix, and top with soda water.
- Decorate with a straw and a sprig of mint, then serve immediately.
