Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka or gin
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice or Meyer lemon juice
- 1/4 - 1/2 oz rosemary simple syrup
- 1 oz unsweetened pomegranate juice
- Garnish: sprig of rosemary, slice of lime, pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar or honey
- 3 - 4 sprigs of rosemary
Instructions
- In a small pot, combine sugar or honey, water, and rosemary. Bring to a simmer and stir until completely dissolved. Let the rosemary simple syrup cool.
- In a shaker with ice, combine vodka, lime juice, cooled rosemary syrup, and pomegranate juice. Shake well.
- Taste the cocktail and adjust the sweetness and citrus levels to your liking.
