Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka or gin
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice or Meyer lemon juice
  • 1/4 - 1/2 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 1 oz unsweetened pomegranate juice
  • Garnish: sprig of rosemary, slice of lime, pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar or honey
  • 3 - 4 sprigs of rosemary

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, combine sugar or honey, water, and rosemary. Bring to a simmer and stir until completely dissolved. Let the rosemary simple syrup cool.
  2. In a shaker with ice, combine vodka, lime juice, cooled rosemary syrup, and pomegranate juice. Shake well.
  3. Taste the cocktail and adjust the sweetness and citrus levels to your liking.
  4. Pour the cocktail into a glass and garnish with a sprig of rosemary, a slice of lime, and pomegranate seeds.
