Ingredients
- 1 large Nellie's Free Range egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- Freshly grated nutmeg, to serve

- Whisk the yolk with sugar until smooth and creamy.
