Ingredients
- 1 sugar cube
- 5 dashes cocktail bitters
- 1 oz cognac
- 4 oz champagne
Instructions
- Place a napkin over the top of your glass and position the sugar cube on top.
- Soak the sugar cube with the angostura bitters, then drop the cube off the napkin into the bottom of your glass.
- Pour the cognac over the sugar.
