Ingredients

  • 2.50 oz cream of coconut
  • 2.50 oz coconut milk
  • 2.30 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 oz evaporated milk
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1 oz (or more) white rum
  • 1/2 vanilla bean, split in half
  • 1-2 whole cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix the cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg until well combined.
  2. Add the white rum and blend again. Adjust to taste if needed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add the vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until the flavors meld, at least an hour.
  5. Allow the coquito to reach room temperature before serving.
  6. Serve over ice, if desired, with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
