Ingredients
- 2.50 oz cream of coconut
- 2.50 oz coconut milk
- 2.30 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 oz evaporated milk
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- A pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 oz (or more) white rum
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split in half
- 1-2 whole cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- In a blender, mix the cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg until well combined.
- Add the white rum and blend again. Adjust to taste if needed.
- Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add the vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks.
- Cover and refrigerate until the flavors meld, at least an hour.
- Allow the coquito to reach room temperature before serving.
- Serve over ice, if desired, with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
