Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cold whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons cold whole milk
  • 3/4 cup plain cold seltzer
  • 3 tablespoons Fox's U-Bet chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour the milk into an egg cream glass.
  2. Add seltzer until froth reaches the top of the glass.
  3. Pour the syrup into the center of the glass.
  4. Gently push the back of a spoon into the center of the drink.
  5. Rock the spoon back and forth at the bottom of the glass to incorporate the syrup without disturbing the froth.
  6. Serve immediately.
