Ingredients

  • Melted vegan chocolate or chocolate syrup (to garnish the glass, optional)
  • 1/2 cup Ice
  • 2 oz Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz vodka (I used Koskenkorva vodka)
  • 1/2 oz soymilk
  • Vegan Whipped Cream (for topping, optional)
  • Cocoa powder or mini vegan chocolate chips or vegan sprinkles (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Decorate the martini glass by drizzling vegan chocolate syrup or melted vegan chocolate chips inside.
  2. Coat the rim of the glass by adding a ring of chocolate syrup to a shallow plate and dipping the glass rims in the chocolate. Place in the fridge to cool for a few minutes.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, Mozart Dark Chocolate liqueur, vodka, and soymilk, then shake until chilled.
  4. Strain the drink into the prepared glass and garnish with a generous swirl of vegan whipped cream.
  5. Optionally, top the whipped cream with a dusting of cocoa powder, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, or a sprinkle of chocolate chips or sprinkles.
