Ingredients

  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups whole or 2% milk
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cinnamon sticks, and milk. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat.
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg white until foamy, add the egg yolks one by one, and pour the boiling milk over the beating eggs, stirring with a spatula.
  3. Add Pisco and vanilla.
