Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cups whole or 2% milk
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cinnamon sticks, and milk. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat.
- In a bowl, beat the egg white until foamy, add the egg yolks one by one, and pour the boiling milk over the beating eggs, stirring with a spatula.
