Blushing Raspberry Rhubarb Fizz
A refreshing and vegan-friendly gin fizz with a delightful raspberry rhubarb twist.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz dry gin
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz aquafaba
- 3 1/3 oz raspberry rhubarb sparkling water, chilled
- raspberries, for garnish
- ice cubes
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the dry gin, lemon juice, and aquafaba. Add ice to fill about half of the shaker.
- Seal the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Fill a Collins glass with ice and strain the gin mix into the glass.
- Pour the chilled raspberry rhubarb sparkling water into the glass.
- Thread three raspberries onto a cocktail pick and place them in the glass for garnish.
