Ingredients
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 large lime
- 1 1/4 ounces silver rum
- 4 ounces blood orange Italian soda
- Soda water
- Ice
Instructions
- Cut the lime in half horizontally and slice a lime wheel from one half, setting it aside.
- Place 3 mint leaves in a rocks or collins glass and muddle until fragrant.
- Squeeze one lime half into the glass, extracting all the juice, and then discard the lime or add it to the drink.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour in the rum.
- Fill the glass halfway with Italian soda and then top it off with soda water.
- Garnish the glass with the remaining mint leaf and the lime wheel.
