Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. apple brandy
- 3/4 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz. honey syrup (1:1)
- 1 tsp. sea salt solution (1 Tbsp. sea salt + 4 Tbsp. water)
Instructions
- Shake the apple brandy, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup with ice until chilled.
- Prepare a chilled glass by rinsing it with the sea salt solution, then discard the excess.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
