Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. apple brandy
  • 3/4 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz. honey syrup (1:1)
  • 1 tsp. sea salt solution (1 Tbsp. sea salt + 4 Tbsp. water)

Instructions

  1. Shake the apple brandy, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup with ice until chilled.
  2. Prepare a chilled glass by rinsing it with the sea salt solution, then discard the excess.
  3. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
