Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ginger ale
  • 1 tablespoon berry-flavored vodka
  • 1/2 cup defrosted frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup ginger ale
  • 1 tablespoon berry-flavored vodka
  • 1/2 cup defrosted frozen or fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine 1/4 cup ginger ale, 1 tablespoon berry-flavored vodka, and blueberries. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture if desired, then pour into a shallow container and set aside.
  3. Mix together 1/2 cup ginger ale and 1 tablespoon berry-flavored vodka in another shallow container and set aside.
  4. Rinse out the blender, then add the remaining 1/2 cup ginger ale, 1 tablespoon berry-flavored vodka, and strawberries. Blend until smooth.
  5. Strain the strawberry mixture if desired, then pour into a third shallow container and set aside.
  6. Place all containers flat in the freezer. Every 15-20 minutes, scrape around the container edges and repeat for about 2 hours or until frozen.
  7. Store in the freezer until ready to serve. Scrape with a fork as necessary and spoon into serving glasses or bowls.
