Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish cream
  • 1.50 oz Light rum
  • 2 oz Cream of coconut
  • 4 oz Half & half
  • 1 Banana
  • Ice
  • Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Rim the edge of a serving glass with coconut flakes and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine ice, banana, Irish cream, light rum, cream of coconut, and half & half until smooth.
  3. Garnish the inside of the glass with caramel, then pour the mix into the prepared glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
