- 2 oz Irish cream
- 1.50 oz Light rum
- 2 oz Cream of coconut
- 4 oz Half & half
- 1 Banana
- Ice
- Nutmeg
Instructions
- Rim the edge of a serving glass with coconut flakes and set aside.
- In a blender, combine ice, banana, Irish cream, light rum, cream of coconut, and half & half until smooth.
- Garnish the inside of the glass with caramel, then pour the mix into the prepared glass and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
